Operational Agreement By accessing the Nook & Forge website and purchasing the Q20-Turbine, you agree to be bound by the following objective terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you are prohibited from utilizing our digital infrastructure or purchasing our hardware.

Product Accuracy & Modifications Nook & Forge continuously refines hardware engineering. We reserve the right to modify the Q20-Turbine's specifications, pricing, or component architecture at any time without prior notice. While we ensure all 3D renders, schematics, and operational metrics displayed on our interface are highly accurate, we do not warrant that all specifications are completely error-free.

Limitation of Liability In no case shall Nook & Forge, our directors, or operational partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Q20-Turbine. Liability is strictly capped at the original purchase price of the hardware. The client assumes all operational risk associated with using the device on sensitive or high-value fabrics.

Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate operational agreements shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
