Data Collection Architecture When you interact with the Nook & Forge interface or execute a transaction, we collect specific data required to process your order and secure our network infrastructure.

• Device Data: Web browser type, time zone, standard cookie files, and on-site behavioral interactions (scroll depth, module interaction) to optimize our UI.

Data Utilization & Sharing Nook & Forge utilizes collected data strictly to fulfill hardware orders, screen for high-risk transaction fraud, and transmit critical shipping telemetry to the client. We share data only with essential third-party processors:

• Shopify: To power our e-commerce infrastructure.

• Logistics Partners: (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL) To execute physical delivery. We do not sell, broker, or trade your personal data to external marketing agencies.

Data Retention & Client Rights We retain Order Data in our operational ledger for tax and legal compliance unless you explicitly request its deletion. If you reside within jurisdictions with protected data rights (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you possess the legal right to access the personal information we hold, port it to a new service, or demand its permanent erasure.
