Refund & Return Policy
Return Window & Eligibility Nook & Forge strictly enforces a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a refund, the return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. The Q20-Turbine and all included hardware accessories must be returned in their original, unmodified condition, housed in the original manufacturer packaging. We do not accept returns on hardware that exhibits signs of drop damage, liquid exposure, or unauthorized disassembly.
Return Execution Protocol

Initiation: Email nookandforge@gmail.com with your official Order Number and a brief statement regarding the reason for the return.

Authorization: Upon verification, our support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated destination address. Returns dispatched without a verified RMA will be rejected at the processing facility.

Logistics: The client is responsible for securing return shipping logistics and assuming the associated carrier costs. We require using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing Once the hardware is received and physically inspected by our quality assurance team, you will receive an automated status notification. Approved refunds are routed back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, strictly dependent on your financial institution's processing architecture. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
