Processing & Dispatch All Q20-Turbine orders are subjected to a strict quality-assurance verification prior to dispatch. Order processing requires 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be inducted into the processing queue on the following business day.

Tracking & Liability Upon dispatch, a shipping confirmation containing the carrier tracking matrix will be automatically routed to your email. Nook & Forge holds liability for the hardware while in transit. Once the carrier logs the package as "Delivered" to the designated address, liability transfers entirely to the client. We do not issue replacements or refunds for parcels stolen post-delivery.
