Q20-Turbine Hardware Warranty

Coverage Parameters Nook & Forge guarantees the Q20-Turbine with a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty. This warranty explicitly covers defects in materials, motor architecture, and digital display components under normal, intended operational use.

Warranty Exclusions This warranty is strictly voided under the following conditions:

• Physical damage resulting from drops, blunt force, or structural crushing.

• Internal corrosion or short-circuiting due to liquid exposure.

• Damage sustained from attempting to cut materials other than fabric (e.g., metals, plastics).

• Unauthorized dismantling of the motor housing or battery matrix.

Claim Execution To initiate a warranty claim, contact nookandforge@gmail.com with your Order Number, a detailed diagnostic description of the failure, and supporting photographic or video evidence. If the hardware is deemed defective under our coverage parameters, Nook & Forge will, at our sole discretion, either repair the unit or dispatch a complete factory replacement.
